Shipping


We offer $6 shipping on orders less than $100, and free shipping / free returns on all orders above $100 within the continental U.S.

In addition, we now offer shipping to Canada – please visit canada.tenthousand.cc to place your order and learn about our Canadian policies.

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days within the US. Shipping times vary based on destination, but we aim to get your order to you within 2-7 business days after it has been processed.



Returns


Your workout is hard enough so our goal is to make your experience as easy as possible. We offer a complimentary 30 day return policy for orders placed within the US and the only thing we ask is that your products are sent back in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags applied) and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our return portal - here.

There, you can create a prepaid shipping label to send back your gear. Simply enter your order number along with your email address or zip code to request a return for a refund or an exchange. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Important Notice: You have 14 days from the date you initiate a return or exchange request to place your return in the mail. If your return is mailed after the 14-day window, we will be unable to accept it, and the items will not be processed for a return, exchange, or refund. This is a strict policy, and no exceptions will be made.

Tips for a Smooth Return or Exchange

  • Ship Separately: If you have multiple orders, please return them separately, each with its own postage-paid label to ensure proper processing.
  • Use USPS: Print the shipping label and mail your package via USPS. Be sure to get a receipt for your records. Our warehouse will process your exchange or refund after the first scan from USPS.
  • Schedule a Pickup: For your convenience, you can schedule a free package pickup with USPS. Click here to arrange it: Schedule a USPS Pickup.
All exchange and return shipping labels are made through USPS only.

NOTE: PRODUCTS MARKED AS 'FINAL SALE' AT TIME OF PURCHASE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO BE RETURNED, NOR EXCHANGED. This includes, but is not limited to, all limited edition gear, such as the Nothing Changes and Better Than Yesterday collections. If you believe your item to be defective - please contact our support team.
