The challenge

The Session Short is built for speed. With a shell weight of 124 GSM, the Session Short has been stripped down to the essentials to ensure ultra lightness for endurance training. To get the most out of athletes like Mark, we built these shorts to get out of the way and let the hard work do the talking. To put that promise to the test, we built a brutal workout for Mark to complete in our Session Shorts.


• 20 Minutes of Easy Running

• 6-8x 100m Strides

• Dynamic Stretching

Main Set 1:

• 3-4x 2,000m at 5k race pace with 3 minutes of easy jogging in between each repeat for recovery


Main Set 2 (5 Rounds):

• 300m Run

• 10x Burpee-to-Broad Jumps
