DAY 1
We’ll kick off the epic weekend at Life Time Coral Gables on Friday afternoon with an Alpha workout and recovery session. After, we’ll set our intentions for the weekend with a goal-setting workshop, followed by a welcome dinner and speech from our founder.
DAY 2
On Saturday, we’ll pack our bags for a full day of training & learning. It’ll start with a strength workout, flow into a shakeout run, and then shift gears & take notes from series of speakers and workshops - including one led by former Navy Seal Kaj Larsen. With race day the following morning, we’ll provide a best-in-class recovery experience to ensure you feel 100% when we toe the start line.
DAY 3
The Miami Half Marathon on Sunday morning will be the capstone of the weekend. The race is already sold out but they’ve opened an exclusive “Run Strong” division for us. To add a bit of a challenge, we'll be running the race with weight vests. After the finish, we'll celebrate together as a team before heading home.
