What is a Ten Thousand Ambassador?

The Ten Thousand Ambassador Team is a tight knit community of the most obsessed, passionate, and driven athletes in the world with the collective goal to be Better Than Yesterday. Ten Thousand athletes drive the brand. We are specialists in our field and cover the top training modalities. We are focused, disciplined and true leaders that inspire others. No try-hard aesthete’s here; leisure is not in our training routine. Instead, cutting edge and modality-defining training, and efforts that expand the perception of possible. Most importantly, we surround ourselves with the best, to empower all to be better.

Who can apply to become a Ten Thousand Ambassador?

To be a Ten Thousand Ambassador, you must be active on social media and over the age of 18. We’re currently accepting applications from US residents.

Ten Thousand Ambassador Tier Structure

Tier 1 - New Ambassadors to the TTTeam

  • Receive a 30% off personal discount, a 30% off discount code to share with your community, and $125 once you drive your first order.
  • Once you drive your first order, you will move to Tier 2.

Tier 2 - Current Ambassadors to the TTTeam

  • Receive a 30% off personal discount, a 30% off discount code to share with your community, and $150 in gear credit if you drive 3 or more orders in a financial quarter.
  • Once you drive 30 orders, you will move to Tier 3.

Tier 3

  • Receive a 30% off personal discount, a 20% off discount code to share with your community, $45 cash reward for each order you drive, and $250 in gear credit each financial quarter.

Ten Thousand Ambassador Rules

  • Ambassadors must represent the brand in a respectful, professional and positive manner.
  • Ambassadors must respect and support other members of the Ten Thousand community.
  • Ten Thousand reserves the right to terminate an athlete’s ambassadorship at any time. Athlete’s reserve the right to terminate their ambassadorship at any time. Both parties must notify the other party when deciding to terminate the ambassadorship.
  • The ambassadorship with Ten Thousand is non-exclusive.

Ambassador Compensation and Rewards FAQ

How do I get paid for my sales if I’m a Tier 3 Ambassador?

  • You will be paid out monthly for the prior month’s earned commission via Social Ladder direct deposit payment processing. Tax information is required to set up your payment processing.

How do I redeem my gear credit rewards ($125 or $150)?

  • Your earned gear credit will be emailed to your TTTeam registered email address.
  • Code usages do not roll over quarter to quarter.
  • You can not apply your 30% off discount to orders that use gift card credit.

What is my Gear Credit reward applicable for?

  • Your Gear Credit is applicable to all products in the Ten Thousand store.

Ambassador Discount FAQ

What discount does my audience receive?

  • Your unique discount code provides 30% (or 20% if Tier 3) off a customer’s first order with Ten Thousand. Your discount code does not apply for returning customers. Unique discount codes are applicable to non-sale items, and are not applicable to any kits or packs. Discount codes can not be applied to purchases of gift cards. Any orders returned or canceled will not count as a successful checkout.

Who and what is my 30% off discount applicable for?

  • Your unique discount code is only applicable to first time customers. If a customer has purchased from our website before, they are unable to use your discount code. Your discount code is applicable to non-discounted products, and is not applicable to kits and packs bundles. Your discount does not apply to customers outside of the United States.
  • Ambassador discount codes are not applicable to orders placed through our Canadian store. Canadian based shoppers are not able to use Ambassador discount codes for 30% off their first order.

Can my 30% off discount be used with other discounts?

  • Since our website only accepts one coupon code at a time, your Ambassador code cannot be combined with any other discount code at checkout. This goes for your ambassador shopping links as well.

My personal ambassador 30% off discount - how often can I use it and what is it applicable for?

  • Your 30% discount is applicable to non-discounted products, and is not applicable to kits and packs bundles. Your discount can be used for every purchase you make, with exception to purchases using gift card credit.
  • You must be logged in to your account - using your email address connected to TTTeam and Social Ladder - to access the AMBASSADORTT discount code

Ambassador Codes FAQ

Can I change my discount code?

  • Unfortunately, the answer is no. This is company policy.
  • A few exceptions would be:
    • If your name is legally changed (ex. you get married, divorced, we understand these changes happen!)
    • If you have multiple first names and/or last names (ex. John Matthew Gilbert Garcia, we would suggest picking one when signing up or letting us know.
    • Your name is misspelled!
  • You can always share your shopping link instead, so it will automatically apply to your audience’s orders. We also understand that some of you are uncomfortable with sharing your last name on social channels as well. Again, you can use your shopping link, the Bitly link is a wonderful option for this. We hope you understand.

Why won’t my discount code work?

  • There are a few reasons why your discount code is not working:
    • The customer is not a first time customer.
    • The customer is inputting the code incorrectly.
    • The customer has ineligible products in their checkout cart (discounted products, bundles, etc.)
    • The customer is outside the US.

Ambassador Discount Link FAQ

  • Your unique discount link is another avenue to share your 30% off discount. When customers click on your link and shop on our site, your 30% off discount code will automatically apply in your cart once you checkout.
  • You can use the longer or shorter bitly version of your link.

Ambassador Dashboard

  • Your Ambassador Dashboard will be your go-to for everything you need. Your ambassador dashboard is also now available in your customer account, as long as your emails on both accounts are the same. All Ambassador dashboards are created through a company called Social Ladder. There you can do things like keep track of your sales and commission, update shipping or payment info, or find your Discount Code if you ever forget it. Once you log in, Ambassadors can access the following:
    • Referral Code (Ambassador Code)
    • Affiliate Shopping Link
    • Financials
    • Conversion Details
    • Payment History
    • Account Settings
  • Your login is the email you used to apply to the program with and the password you entered on your application as well. If you can't remember your password, make sure you do the "Forgot Your Password" link. Make sure you log into the "Affiliate" login!

Ambassador Communication

  • We will be sending out monthly reporting emails to keep you updated on your sales progress. Additionally, our team will send out emails to keep you updated on brand initiatives, one-off projects, community events, and much more!
  • Example emails include:
    • Introductory Onboarding email when you first join. Be sure to keep this email for future reference.
    • Gear Credit reward emails for when you earn your gear credit. This email will include your unique gear credit code to shop with and stock up on gear!
    • Monthly reporting emails, detailing your sales driven in the past month, your commission, and payment status.
    • Brand emails from the Ten Thousand team, including one-off projects, brand initiatives, and product updates.

Discontinuing the Ambassadorship

  • If you no longer want to be an Ambassador, we totally understand. Sometimes it just doesn't work for you. Just shoot us an email at and let us know and we can cancel your ambassador account for you.
  • Your ambassadorship will terminate if you do not drive an order within a 6 month period.
  • We retain the right to to discontinue an ambassadorship at any time. Some, but not all, reasons may include:
    • Not driving sales within a 6 month period.
    • Inflammatory or disrespectful behavior that can misrepresent the brand.
