What does "risk free" mean?
It means you have 30 days from the day your order is fulfilled to test out your gear. Work out in it, put it to the test—and if for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return it for a full refund or exchange. No questions asked.
I purchased from an authorized vendor—can I still use the 30-day risk free trial?
Unfortunately, no. The risk free trial is only available for purchases made directly through our website: tenthousand.cc.
Is there a limit to how many "risk free" shorts I can purchase?
Yes. To qualify for the risk free trial, you can purchase up to 2 of the same short style. Orders exceeding this limit may not be eligible for the 30-day trial.
Do I need to return the product to get a refund?
Yes, a return is required in order to receive a refund. You can request a prepaid return shipping label through our return portal here: https://app.corso.com/ten-thousand
