- The workout is time capped at 15 Minutes. Video submissions must show the proper loading on the bar and must be in the range to view the standards.

INSTRUCTIONS

Front Squat:
Each set of front squats begins with the barbell on the ground. Moving the barbell into the front rack position at the athlete's discretion, including a full squat clean into the first squat when the barbell is taken from the floor. While maintaining the barbell in the front rack position for the duration of the squat, the hip crease must clearly pass below the top of the knees in the bottom position and the hips must clearly lock out at the top position to complete the rep.

Toes To Bar:
In the toes-to-bar, the athlete must go from a full hang to having the toes touch the pull-up bar. At the start of each rep, the arms must be fully extended and the heels must be brought back behind the bar. Athletes may wrap tape around the pull-up bar or wear hand protection, but they may not tape the bar AND wear hand protection. Overhand, underhand or mixed grip are all permitted.
The rep is credited when both feet come into contact with the bar at the same time, between the hands. Any part of the feet may make contact with the bar.
RULES OF SUBMISSION
- To be eligible for the cash prize, you must submit a video along with your score. However, you do not need to submit a video and can just add your score to the leaderboard if you do not intend to compete for a cash prize and simply want to see how you stack up against the field.
- Upload your video by December 12th, 2020 at 8pm EDT in accordance with the video submission guidelines.
- Post to instagram and tag @tenthousand.cc and @project_work_tenthousand
- For scores to be accepted, the athlete’s full range of motion, as described in the movement standards, must be visible through the duration of the video without obstruction.
