What do you do for a living? Tell us your story.
I'm the host of the Dad Bod WOD podcast as well as founder and head coach of Forging Elite Fathers, an online health and fitness program designed to help busy dads prioritize their health and fitness. I'm also a father of two girls and a middle school vice principal in Brooklyn, New York. So you can say I have my hands full!
WORK004 was a daunting workout. Why did you choose to participate?
I love a good challenge! But more importantly, I love being a part of this amazing fitness community. It's so cool to see people from all corners of the world do the same workout from their respective locations. Plus, the workout was perfect for those who have minimal equipment - you could seriously do this workout in your living room or at a gym.
